David Šilhán is a neurologist with many years of experience in specialized acute care at the emergency department of the Neurology clinic in Faculty Hospital of Královské Vinohrady (FNKV) in Prague, including work at the intensive care unit of Neurology of the FNKV. He has a lot of experience in non-acute neurological care as a neurologist at the JL clinic in Prague.

He worked as an expert in a specialized ambulance for the diagnosis and treatment of memory disorders, including Alzheimer's disease in FNKV. He also specializes in spine pain and stroke.

David Šilhán holds a doctorate (PhD) in Neuroscience, he defended his dissertation on Alzheimer's disease and the use of magnetic resonance in its diagnosis in 2022. He is the first author of a number of scientific articles on neurological topics published in prestigious international scientific journals. At the same time, he is a participant in many scientific conferences, including on the international scene, where he actively presents the conclusions of his scientific work.

For many years, he worked as a lecturer in neurology at the Neurological Clinic 3. LF and FNKV, where he led internships for medical students and lectured on neurological topics.

MUDr. Michaela Kesslerová is a certified doctor in the field of neurology.

She has extensive experience from the Neurological Clinic FNKV in Prague, where she worked in outpatient neurology and also in the intensive care unit.

She taught medical students in the field of neurology at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine in Prague.

She specializes in patients with spinal pain, and can apply caudal pressure blockade.

She completed a manual medicine course and worked in the EMG laboratory.

MUDr. Vanda Kořalková is a doctor with a specialized qualification in the field of neurology.

She works primarily at the Neurological Clinic of the FNKV. Here, she cares for patients with a wide spectrum of neurological diagnoses. She works both in the emergency neurological department and also in the intensive care unit.

She specializes in spine pain, including the application of caudal pressure blockade, injection of sacroiliac joints and other procedures.

She is part of the multidisciplinary team of the Pain Management Center and the Spasticity Management Center.

She completed a certified course dedicated to the examination of a spinal patient organized by the Spinal Unit of the FN Motol.

Martin Vogner graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in 2015. In the same year, he joined the Neurological Clinic of the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady. He began to focus on the entire spectrum of neurological diseases, with an emphasis on vascular diseases of the brain, seizure states associated not only with epilepsy and the issue of spinal pain.

He works at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine as an lecturer in the field of neurology. He regularly lectures to students of medicine, but also to doctors in pre-certification training or in postgraduate education.

He participates in neurological congresses (including foreign ones), where he takes an active part. He is the author of many professional articles, posters and co-author of several professional monographs. He contributes to the EUNI Electronic University. (www.euni.cz).

He owns a diploma of lifelong medical education from the Czech Medical Chamber. He is licensed as a guarantor and trainer in the field of neurology. He completed an EEG course. He is a medical guarantor for the portal www.cojeafazie.cz. He actively cooperates with the gymnasium, where he is a promoter of neuroscience.
